Academic Guidelines:

  1. The class timings will be within the following range: 7.00 AM to 9.00 PM. Each class will be of 120 minutes (2hrs) duration and students are expected to be flexible with their class timings as per the availability of trainers, especially for the offline batches.
  2. Workshops, Mock Interviews, Interview Preparation & Extra Sessions may be held on weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) and the dates will be intimated in advance.
  3. Students are expected to have valid PAN & Aadhaar cards.
  4. All students are expected to be flexible with respect to class timings and attend classes on all seven days of the week.
  5. Session recordings will be provided only to students who request them, at an additional cost as decided by the academy.
  6. If a student misses a class on any date, it will be considered their responsibility.
  7. Offline students will not be provided with an online class link to attend sessions.
  8. Students enrolled in the online batch are restricted to attending only the online batch.
  9. Batch changes or cross-attendance (online to offline or vice versa) are not permitted without prior approval from the management.
  10. In the event of natural calamities, classes held in offline batches will be conducted in online or hybrid models exclusively.
  11. Students are expected to complete their courses successfully within the stipulated time frame.
  12. It is the students’ responsibility to maintain an average attendance of 85% throughout the program, including theory & practical classes.
  13. All students are expected to be flexible with respect to payment commitments as per the institute’s schedule.
  14. Students are expected to meet all deadlines for assignments, projects, portfolios and other academic submissions.
  15. Engaging actively in mock interviews, resume writing, LinkedIn profile creation and career guidance sessions is encouraged. Students are advised to apply the knowledge gained following expert advice.
  16. Completion of all internal and external assessments and exams on time without any backlog is necessary. Students are advised to ensure a minimum cumulative average grade of B (70% to 80%).

Fee Payment Policy:

1. All fee dues must be cleared on or before the due date.

2. All installments must be completed within one month from the date of enrollment of the course.

3. In case of any delay in payment, the student must seek prior permission from the management.

4. There are chances of additional charges being levied for late payments without prior permission.

5. Continuous delay in fee payment may affect access to classes or course materials.
